The Solution to Family Violence and Cruelty in Our World

I read the newspaper and watch CNN...so much bad news; 'husband kills wife and children', 'mother starves child', '9 yr old kills father', on and on it goes day in and day out.  How do you end this kind of inhumanity toward man?  Where's the love?...It seems to me that somehow we must go back to basics," back to our future!"  Christ was all about love; "Be ye kind one to another."  Indeed, like it or not, the answer, the solution, is in the Old and New Testaments of the Holy Bible.  Even for non-believers the principles still work to prevent, and to help solve the disturbances and disruptions in families everywhere.  And so I believe that disfunctional families are the result of peoples' ignorance...God says, "My people suffer for lack of knowledge."  The man is supposed to be the anchor of society and that not because woman is less able, but because that just happened to be the way God set it up.  Man is told to be holy and devoted to God;  When man is obedient to God he does not marry a woman who is not of his belief...must not be unequally yoked to a woman who is a non-believer.  When he obeys God by marriage to woman of like beliefs then he has already begun the procedure that prevents the kinds of failures we see in todays families.  When the men of this world begin to emulate Jesus Christ they will exemplify unconditional love for their wives and children...there will follow, after the fathers'/husbands' example, order, peace, love, respect, accountability, and happiness.  I believe that God Almighty is a god of order.  Think about it...He told the seas, the stars, the animals, the plants, the seasons and all things what, where and when to do what he spoke in them from the beginning.  However, when Adam and Eve decided to disobey God, Satan took over.  Ever since then man is the only creation on earth who does not perform exactly as He commanded...all the earth obeys God except...Man!
